Dee has been an angel with my mother. She doesn’t disregard or talk down to my mother just because she has Alzheimer’s disease, instead she includes mom in all sorts of activities and works around the things she can’t do. This makes mom feel like she still has self worth. Dee makes her feel like she is still necessary and loved. Not many people can do what Dee does-she treats her with dignity. I can’t say enough good things about her!

Seeking care for your parent, husband, child, family member is one of the hardest things I have ever had to do in my life. For years, I struggled and delayed getting regular help because I wanted my parent cared for the same way I would at home.
Well, Dee made all of my concerns disappear, almost immediately. I expected my mom to give me constant pushback for weeks but instead she opens the door and practically runs to Dee, every single day!
Honestly, Dee cares better for my mom than I do and she’s extremely reliable which, for my sandwich generation family is critical as both my husband and I have demanding jobs and our teens have hectic schedules. This is a no brainer, don’t fret any longer she’s amazing, loving, sweet and reliable – you cannot ask for better.

I would like to take this time to tell you about an awesome Transportation driver who goes beyond her duties she really cares about seniors and adult adults with disabilities I am a caregiver I take care of Miss Karen S she has Alzheimer’s which is very aggressive but when these shows up to pick her up her face lights up beautifully she may not always know where she is but one thing I can say for sure she knows who Dee and that makes the family very happy I think if you use this service you will understand why she means so much to the singers which she transport safely and patiently….

Before he began picking up our mother and transporting her to the adult medical daycare center, Mr. Fleming went out of his way to make contact with our family and formally introduce himself. From day one he has been consistently kind, polite, very professional and patient with our mother. He has a way to put a smile on her face when we have had some challenging moments with mom on some mornings. He is like family to us and we trust him emphatically with our mother’s safety and well-being.

Wow, where do I start … I remember the first time I met this driver. I got picked up sometime around 6:30 to go to dialysis, there were a few other customers already on the bus. This one lady was coughing profusely and was somewhat agitated … the driver calmly pulled the bus over, put his hazards on and as if dealing with his own mother offered her a bottle of water & cough drop … We sat there for about 5+ minutes until the driver deemed the lady was alright. I thought, how blessed am I to have a driver that is that caring and prepared for any eventuality. Needless to say, this driver is always aware of everything going on with those he transports. He had a simple phrase he used all the time … “Treat people the way you would want to be treated … It’s not hard.”
