2. Scheduling and Cancellations
Trips must be scheduled in advance. We ask that any cancellations or changes be made as early as possible.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee to cover operational costs.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been approved.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
All payments must be made using valid and authorized cards belonging to the customer or an approved payer.
4. Stolen or Unauthorized Credit Card Use

5. Refunds

Refunds are not available for completed transportation services unless a verified billing error has occurred.

Clients must behave respectfully toward staff and drivers.
Smoking, open food, or disruptive behavior during transportation is not permitted.
Our team reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if unsafe behavior occurs.
7. Liability

However, we are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Privacy
All client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which ensures confidentiality and the secure handling of personal details.
We delete client information after each completed transaction, retaining only the records required by law.
9. Policy Updates
